Room Rentals
The GVCC is available to rent for numerous events:
- Meetings and dinners
- Weddings and receptions
- Parties and banquets
- Birthday parties
- Baby showers
- Bridal showers
- Anniversaries
- Graduations
- Dances
- And other social gatherings!
Reception/Multipurpose Room
$85.00 per hour
Fee due 30 days before event
- A separate deposit of $150.00, on all rentals, must be paid at the time of reservation. This deposit will be refunded if the cleaning and damage check list is complete.
- The rental fee includes the set up and tear down of existing tables and chairs.
- Holds up to 300 people or 250 seated with existing tables and chairs.
- Community center staff will be on site during your event.
- Small groups may reserve the multipurpose room for a reduced rate (see Small Group Parties below).
- An alcohol permit is required for those who wish to rent the facility and have alcoholic beverages. View our alcohol rules and regulations for more information.

Reception/Multipurpose Room Rental Rules
Multipurpose Room Commercial Kitchen
Includes ice machine, refrigerator, coffee makers, water coolers, and microwave. Kitchen access is complimentary to all rentals associated with our Multipurpose Room. Existing commercial stove is available for cooking or warming at a fee of $30.00. It is perfect for those having a small group event or a large reception.
Small Group Parties (45 people or less)
Rent the multipurpose room for a 2-hour party—only $60.00! Drinks and refreshments may be brought in. Additional time is $60.00 per hour. Rental time includes set-up and clean-up. A separate deposit of $50.00 will be due at the time of the reservation and the rental fee is due two weeks before the event.
- Not available Saturdays after 4:00 p.m.This rate is only good for rentals during regular facility hours.

Small Group Party Rental Rules
Meeting Room
- Resident: $35.00 per hour
- Non-Resident $50.00 per hour
Fee due two weeks before event
- Security/Cleaning Deposit on all reservations of $50.00 must be paid at the time of reservation.
- Seats up to 35 people with existing tables and chairs.
- Dry erase board and flip chart available for use.
- An alcohol permit is required for those who wish to rent the facility and have alcoholic beverages. View our alcohol rules and regulations for more information.
Gymnasium
Available to rent for basketball and volleyball.
- Resident: $35.00 per hour
- Non-Resident: $50.00 per hour
Private Pickleball rentals upon request per management approval.
General Rental Rules
- The Community Center is smoke-free. Smoking is allowed in designated (outside) areas only.
- No individual glass bottles or glass containers of any kind are allowed inside the facility.
