On April 8, Grain Valley voters will have the opportunity to shape the future of our city by voting on a $24.6 million general obligation no levy increase bond to fund a new municipal complex, including a Community Center and City Hall. This proposed bond will not increase the current levy.

Our city has grown tremendously, and our current facilities no longer meet the needs of our residents. This bond would allow us to improve services, create a space for community gatherings, and support our growing population—all while staying within our fiscal limits.
