Join us for a collaborative effort between Jackson County, Grain Valley, and Oak Grove as we host a Household Hazardous Waste Collection event!

 Date: Saturday, October 5th
 Time: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Jackson County Public Works Facility

Drop off your unwanted items safely and responsibly! We'll be accepting:

- Automotive products
- Antifreeze
- Batteries
- CFL light bulbs
- Fertilizers
- Flammables
- Fuels
- Hazardous cleaners
- Household cleaners
- Lawn and garden products
- Paint
- Pesticides
- Photographic chemicals
- Pool chemicals
- Solvents
- Thinners
- Used oil

Please note, we will NOT be accepting:
- Electronics
- Explosives
- Yard waste
- Commercial waste
- Pressurized gas cylinders
- Controlled substances
- Tires
- Appliances
