Development Update November 2021

Residential growth is continuing throughout the community with expansion and completion of subdivisions on both sides of the interstate as well as the newly constructed Lofts at Old Town. Commercial development is moving along quickly along the I-70 interchange with the addition of several restaurants and other amenities.
