Avoid Delays — Your Bill, Your Way!

We want to make you aware of mail delays happening across the region which could have an impact on the arrival of your monthly water/sewer bill and your monthly bill payments.
To avoid mail delays and associated late fees, we have convenient self-service options to pay and receive your bill:
- Sign up for Auto Pay or make a One-Time Payment at www.cityofgrainvalley.org to ensure your payments are automatically made on time each month
- Sign up for Paperless billing at www.cityofgrainvalley.org to have your bills delivered straight to your inbox. You can also sign up to receive Text notifications and choose reminders such as bill reminders and autopay reminders.
- Pay by phone through our automated system at (866) 290-8885 using a credit or debit card. We can set up bill pay through your checking account by filling out a form and providing your checking account information.
You may also pay in person at 711 Main Street, Grain Valley or drop off in our convenient drop box locations.
