2021 Strategic Plan Progress

The City adopted a new strategic plan and began implementing the goals for the plan in 2021. The strategic plan sets a direction for the City and guides decisions made, ensuring that plans and strategies funnel up to the long-term goals over the next five years. Staff then create shorter term goals to meet biannually. Much success and movement has occurred over the past year, related to the goals set by the Board of Aldermen in partnership with city staff.
