Community Overview
Grain Valley is a young, engaged community flourishing with growth. With one of the best school districts in Missouri, a focus on pedestrian connectivity and recreation, and increasing commercial development near the I-70 interchange, it is easy to see why Grain Valley has nearly tripled in size over the past decade. Regionally, the Kansas City Metropolitan area has a lower cost of living index than many major cities and the United States as a whole and consistently rates as one of the most affordable housing markets among metropolitan areas with populations exceeding one million.
